Due to COVID-19 Men's Encounter North will be taken extra precautions to keep you safe and healthy, wearing of a mask will be up to each man, Men's Encounter North will have mask available at no charge if needed. If you have any symptoms (fever, cough, and shortness of breath) we encourage you to stay home and we will move your registration to the next Men's Encounter North. Check-in begins at @ 4:00pm Friday. Event begins @ 6:00pm Friday. Event ends approximately @ 4:00pm Saturday WHAT TO BRING: Bedding supplies: sleeping bag or twin sheets, pillow, blanket. You will sleep in bunk beds. Personal articles: Toothbrush, soap, towel, shaving items, Bible, etc. Casual clothing: inside and outside activities, flashlight, insect repellent, comfortable shoes. Medication (if any) Earplugs for the noise at night aka snoring. What not to bring: valuables COST: The cost of the Encounter is 85.00 Checks, Cash and Credit Card Payments will be accepted. At the light, turn right, but veer immediately into the left lane and turn left at the next light, which is Highway 276. This is just one block down, and Costco is right between I-30 and Hwy 276. From this intersection, go 8.1 miles down Highway 276 to Sabine Creek Road. Sabine Creek is 1.6 miles past Highway 548. There are blue highway signs as you get close. Gate is 1/2 mile down on left. WATCH YOUR ODOMETER!!! – Sabine Creek Road can be easy to miss, especially at night. There are two roads within about 50 feet of each other on the north side of Hwy. 276 where you will turn. Sabine Creek Road is the 2nd one (if you’re coming from the direction of Rockwall). These roads are at the end of a very long white board fence on the left. Again, there is a blue highway sign that points out the exit ahead, and a black and white sign that hangs on a fence beside our road. If you come to a section of Hwy. 276 that is divided and goes to four lanes (or a spaceship on the right hand side), you just missed us.
